2nd Movember - Chris

Firstly let me apologise for the poor quality of today's photo. My girlfriend, Gaia, was going to be taking the photo with her camera but then, in a fit of jealousy over my ability to grow upper lip hair, left her camera at home, meaning the photo had to be taken on my phone. As you can see from this photo, I'm not impressed with Chris. This is because it is the 2nd of Movember and he hasn't shaved to celebrate the start of the month yet. As well as this amazingly arousing photograph I also got an interview with Chris.

Alex: Hello Chris!

Chris: Hello Alex.

Alex: So I'm going to talk to you about Movember... I notice you still haven't shaved...

Chris: I'm gonna do it tonight. Definitely. You just caught me on my way to the bathroom actually. I've got my razor, shaving cream, I'm all ready to go.

Alex: Of course, shaving in the middle of Movember is a bit of a touchy subject for you since last year you were forced to shave throughout Movember. Isn't that right?

Chris: The less said about that the better. It was a distressing time for me. I really wanted to do it but circumstances stopped me. We're all good to go this year. I'm looking forward to doing it and raising money for a good cause.

Alex: That sounds great. So what's your usual relationship with facial hair throughout the year?

Chris: I don't really like shaving. I prefer to grow a beard and 'tache in unison but I have to look smart for work so I have to shave at least weekly. If I wasn't working I think I'd just let it all grow and get a full on beard.

Alex: So, in a way, Movember is a good excuse to halve the amount of shaving you have to do?

Chris: Exactly.

Alex: And you can look not only smart but charitable whilst doing it.

Chris: Don't forget sexy.

Alex: Of course, sexy. This year do you think you'll keep your moustache beyond Movember?

Chris: Well, Winter's coming and a bit of extra hair on my face would help protect me against the harsh cold so probably, yeah.

Alex: That sounds like an excellent plan. Now, it's been lovely talking to you but... go shave!
