This is me, head of the team and creator of this blog. Over the next month you’ll be reading blog posts about my glorious leadership guiding us to becoming a fantastic foursome with enviable upper lip hair as well as raising an inordinate sum of money to fight prostate cancer. I took part in Movember last year, raising well over £100 as well as providing a source of daily entertainment to my Tumblr and Facebook followers. This year I’ll be using Blogger instead since I’m not 13. Watch this space.Tim Hampson
Tim is the Obi Wan to my Luke Skywalker. In other words, he’s a creepy old guy who I hang around with against all advice. He was my partner in Movember last year, raising nearly 5% of our combined total. Those of you who know Tim will already know that he’s a beaut of a man, sure to grow a beaut of a ‘stache – the question on everyone’s lips, of course, is will it be black or grey?James Van Der Merwe
James volunteers at the local British Heart Foundation Store six days a week, selling books and clothes with the profits going to (you guessed it) the British Heart Foundation. That's right, ladies and gents, we've got a full time chariteer on the team! Everyone here at La Maison Moustache is hoping James is gonna show us amateurs how it's done!Chris Wilson
The history of Chris' Movember efforts read like a Shakespearean tragedy. He valiantly committed to the cause last year, ready to take the world by storm with a sexy soup strainer but THE MAN told him it had to go. This year, his blonde bristles will be back with a vengeance. This time it's personal.I'll be updating this blog every day of Movember (or near enough) so keep a look out. It'll be filled with the hairy happenings of La Maison Moustache, including photos of and interviews with the team, as well as more information about Movember, The Prostate Cancer Charity and The Institute of Cancer Research.
